Heart to Heart Rescue is a non-profit organization in Louisville, KY, committed to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming abandoned, abused, and neglected animals. Since our founding, we've given over 2,500 animals a second chance at a happy, healthy life.

We work closely with local veterinarians, foster families, and volunteers to ensure each animal receives individualized care. From the moment they arrive until they find their perfect match — we're dedicated to their wellbeing.
